Items purchased on adelaestudio.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
A return label is included in your order. If you have not received a return label, please contact us at hello@adelaestudio.com with your order number.

How to return
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in perfect, unused condition
- Items must be returned in their pouch
Please note
- We can only process refunds for items physically received at our warehouse
- Orders that are not collected will be charged a fee of 350 SEK (Sweden) / €35 (European Union) to cover return shipping costs charged by DHL
- Shipping costs for uncollected packages are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- adelæ studio reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements
