By placing an order on adelaestudio.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We accept payment via the methods available at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Your payment details are handled in accordance with Shopify's privacy policy and are never stored by adelæ studio.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market. Prices for customers within the European Union are inclusive of VAT. adelæ studio reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
Shipping
We ship to Sweden and the European Union. Shipping times, costs, and carriers are detailed on our Shipping and Returns page. Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) — no additional import charges will apply upon delivery.
adelæ studio is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.
Returns & Refunds
Items purchased on adelaestudio.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Full details, including conditions and how to initiate a return, are available on our Shipping and Returns page.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and approved at our warehouse.
